Looking for Long term Virtual Assistant and Social Media Management

Hi there, I'm looking to build a long term relationship with 1 or 2 virtual assistants (VA) to help my company Sync or Swim (SOS). Initially delegated work will include: Social Media - SOS LinkedIn: [login to view URL] . (Sharing articles and sharing own content) - SOS Facebook: [login to view URL] (We used to put a lot more articles on here and on LinkedIn but haven't in a couple months due to me being too busy!). - SOS Instagram: [login to view URL] . (looking to make this more professionally presented) - SOS Twitter: [login to view URL] . (Isn't big in Australia, so tends to feed whatever went to Facebook). - Facebook business group we manage: [login to view URL] . - We use Hootsuite [login to view URL] to schedule our posts in advance, and then I put some up "in the moment". The VA would schedule 1 week in advance and someone in our Australian team would approve. - I need to have 1 post done per day into each social media platform... so we need some images and some articles! We have found from experience that as people get good at finding social media ideas, it takes about 10mins to find and prepare one in Hootsuite. In the initial stages for you getting to know our business it might take 20-30mins. I would like to get better at the way we present out images, which would mean a bit more time per post. We should be using Canva software [login to view URL] (or something similar) to get a more to uniform look / feel / presentation. We have been lazy at our posts and presentation. You will see what I mean! The other part of the job is ad hoc and random VA tasks, for example: - Looking Coffee shops for me to have a meeting near a particular post code / suburb / town. - Researching Birthday presents - Formatting Documents / Forms - Looking for Airfares and Accommodation We do use Trello as a project management tool, so if you were successful you'd end up invited to that and we can manage the detail of assigned tasks in there. It would likely be 3 - 15 hours per week, depending on your skillset and experience. We would start with a project on preparing a weeks worth of social media content.
