Hi there, I know you will be intrigued by my bid, so let me explain. I have worked on my own and freelanced software similar to this, to know how much work is required for what you are after. It takes a lot of work to get the right code in order to retrieve and save odds from bookmakers, never mind placing bets with them too! 5 bookmakers is a lot of work, as well as doing different markets as well! I would not recommend that In Play arbing be done as it's normally too much work for a normal piece of software already trading and monitoring markets pre play. If it's just the three markets in Greyhound/Horse racing and football it should be okay. We would need a database with a heap of tables for the 5 bookmakers and 3 markets which would also require a lot of time to create. Of course everything is within the realm of possibilities but I am just going over what I think and have seen in my experience. Do you have the Live Betfair API key? etc. I do have a diploma in Software Engineering and Design as well and have worked on a few similar programs. I have not yet scraped the 5 bookmakers before or used smarkets or matchbook. But I have had a lot of experience with the Betfair API. Again I'd recommend tightening your range of bookmakers/exchanges in order to have a more streamlined system.
