Hi First of all - does these sites have same strucutre? some rss? some fixed pricelist location? Simply if all of them are different structure - it seems like i need to write handler for EACH of sites - and of course it will be minimum 10$ per site = 2000$ If there is some universal structure or channel wich i can check - it will be preferred. About proxies - it isnt problem. I will give You possibility to add proxies and it will randomly use them About language - i can write on python. But for me preferred is php. It is because i use it always but python i used only for few projects and it take more time to develope in it for me. Also - are site's data stored in open source or it needs authorization? Thanks

If my understanding of job is right then i can provide you a same solution with 2 type of architecture. 1) xpath base solution 2) code base data scrapping. The difference between both are that, in 1st solution any time in future e-commerce is changing their design we just need to update xpath. that can be possible without technical expertise. in 2nd option we can have same solution but customize code. so in future update need we have to update code.
