My plan would be to implement multivariate polynomial regression to the problem to accurately predict the ccy pairs as a regression problem. The use of Google's Tensorflow API would be sufficient for this project.

A simple version, like you asked, can be composed of a data upload form and a candlestick chart to view the results. I can provide a basic machine learning model that you can change or improve later, retraining is a slow process so the UI should also include the necessary buttons and status messages.
