Hi, Thank you for posting your requirement. My name is Inderjeet and own a small 4 member IT services firm based at Chandigarh,India. We have been into IT since 1994 (MS-DOS based desktop software), into Web-apps since 2001, asterisk based VoIP and Wowza/FMS/red5/others based video streaming/VOD apps for about 10 years. We also maintain our clients' servers (mostly linux) on their behalf besides fiddling with our own Linux test bed VPS's and VMs. Currently serving and exploring International clients for video streaming, IPTV, backend support and VoIP related work through these portals for mutually beneficial and long lasting collaborations. You haven't mentioned the hardware that will/could be used. Are you talking about servers or some other board? Asking this because of your reference to Intel graphics. I am not confident as this point but am considering this project hence the proposal. Kindly note the instability could be because of LTE. As soon as the connection drops, the packets are lost or messed up and wowza starts trying to adjust there. Try with very low bitrates and low frame rate to test this issue. If it is because of network issues, then it will still remain even if you change the OS. we have seen this in the past albeit on 3G when last tried. Hi, This looks like the job for me :-) On the client side, I really need to know more details to come up with a concrete enough plan. These are the questions that I have: - First, what is the exact hardware specifications of the device including the exact graphics card, modem, main board, and any specific hardware like video decoder. Second, the exact process which the software is gonna install on hardware. There are multiple approaches to it, one is when there are only a handful of devices, as a result, no need for an automated process. And the other approach is the opposite when there is an unknown number of devices, which then it needs some form of automation. Then there are some questions on the server side, it was a little unclear what the problem is, as I understand right now there's a process of recording and streaming using OBS, feeding into Wowza server which is then accessible to clients. So far so good but the process involves lots of human intervention which is undesirable and u want to automate as much as possible and remove human element? I have +5 years of experience working with Laravel and +15 years as a PHP developer, I'm a hardcore back-end developer and quite recently I've taken up freelancing, let me know if you want to discuss anything further with me. I could use a computer board like (raspberry pi 3 or tinkerboard) to make server streaming with real time encoding ffmpeg all with a simple and intuitive interface.
