X-ray image scanning from dual-enegy sensors and assign colors for materials

I'm looking for a programmer who has previously worked with X-Ray images. I need to implement algorithms to assign colors to different materials. Organic - orange, composites-green, metallic-dark blue. Algorithms for creating software for x-ray scanner. Looking for a programmer who has ready-made algorithms. I prefer to use Qt C++, but the language does not matter. I have samples of high and low energy images.
