Repair or replace Betfair program

I have a program that logs in to Betfair and reports certain information. If the information passes certain conditions, a wager is placed. The status of that wager is checked and the wager amount is adjusted, if necessary, before the next wager. I have both C# and Visual Studio Basic versions. Recent changes to the Betfair platform mean this program no longer runs, and the original programmer is not responding to my requests. What I need is either this Visual Basic solution repaired, or a new 'duplicate' program created. I need to be able to edit the source in Visual Studio (Community Edition is fine). Visual Basic version attached.
