To be honest , I'm already developing this project for my Final Year end Semester Projects and i have Completed the task of finding Lanes and Cars in Live Stream and gonna to add Street Sign detection further . When I saw your Project first , I was like "oh , I can able to make some money with my passion and Knowledge" and due to the fact that i have half completed and being energetic and Young lad , I'm sure I can do it .

I think it will be used for your project, image pre-processing and deep learning, for example darknet or YOLO, tensorflow... II develop all by python.
