Safety App & Website / Top Developer

Hello, I’m looking for an app & web developer to create an app such as to have a calendar, create goals, receive notifications, set up reminders, add names, delete names, have multiple folders, have a signature portal for example, let’s say I want to make a presentation from my Ipad and I discuss about a safety topic of how to prevent a fall, then I just select the topic from the app, have the employees to add their name and signature, and save it on a safe folder in the app. I can provide more information, but right now I’m looking for a good developer to work on this project that could develop both project web & app. Right now I’m designing the project as app, but I can provide more information. The developer for this app will continue for a long term including but not limited to update the app and web every month, and provide some other information. If you think you can do this please reach out to me, but don't pretend to just try it out for the first time. I need a good developer on algorithm, search engine, spreadsheet and speed.
