Visual Studio 2013 simulation of Segger emWin for STM32F746 LCD Screen Menus

I need 10 to 12 LCD Screen Menus for a embedded STM32F746 Discovery Board . I have started to do some screens already as can be seen in the CODE zip folder . These can be easily Simulated in Visual Studio 2013 as Segger have provided a Visual Studio Library as can be seen in the SeggerEval_WIN32_MSVC_MinGW_GUI_V542 zip Folder . I will need API for reading , Displaying. Editing and Saving Three different CSV files as can be seen in the CSV Zip Folder. This is a lump some project . There are just 12 LCD Screen to do so there are no mile stones or part Payments. Payment will only be released when full project is delivered . In working order . Complete Project Folder must be Provided complete with source code and all link files for local compilation . If you do not agree with these conditions please do not bid on this project .
