Hi, It seems like you need some web-scraping done. I use python web scraping for my own needs and so I believe that I can help you. I already checked out the login and transaction page on PayPal and it doesn't seem like this will be difficult. Just a connection to PayPal and then parse some HTML with python. Although their transaction page has classes that will identify the transactions from the rest of the page. I am also assuming you are going to want to be able to specify a date range for the transaction list - probably a default range with the ability to change the default.
