I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed . I want to create a file format convertor. It should be able to pick up 3 variables x,y,z from various formats like csv, xml, Xls, PDF and convert to xml, xls or csv. So for example an Xls file contains 10 columns of data. I can tell the program that x is contained in column 2, y is contained in column 5, and z is contained in column 9. It should be able to pick all the data and present the required data in a new format for example csv in columns 1,2, and 3. I should be able to Specify: A) location of x,y,z in for source file B) location of x,y z in output file. B) source file format and output file format. The software can be written in the most efficient language for this and should. BE deployable in an enterprise network.
