develop simple .AVI file of race track

I created a simple .AVI file of a racing game, where a car is speeding along the track. It can be seen here: [login to view URL] This project is to create another .AVI file that has better graphics. No commercial game can be used to create the .AVI file. The example .AVI file above was created by using the game Speed Dreams, which uses a free art license. [login to view URL] The track is supposed to represent a straight away towards a finish line. It is supposed to represent a 1/4 mile long straight away, like a drag racing car would speed down. The .AVI should proceed down the track at a constant rate of speed, nearing the finish line as it goes. The .AVI should be approx 20 seconds long. The resultant .AVI should be better than the example one I produced. For example, the graphics should be better, the grand stands should be on both sides of the track, the finish line should say "finish" or feature flags, etc. In the .AVI I created, the hood of the car is not visible. However, the one you supply can have this [i.e. as though you are looking out the wind shield of the car racing down the track] if possible. I would anticipate this .AVI can be created by customizing the track or graphics of the above game (speed dreams) or by using a simple video game engine or physics engine. If you are interested in doing this project, please email me with the specifics of how you would plan on creating the animation. This project is to produce a static animation (.AVI file) as mentioned above. However, there will be additional development work available next, using a dynamically generated animation [i.e. using a physics engine, etc.] Thank you
