API developer for HasOffer affiliate platform

I am looking for a developer who has experience in working with Hasoffers affiliate platform API. I need to build a middleware solution which will capture daily revenue information from our clients websites I would need a developer that understands affiliate marketing and also understands the HasOffers platform. I have a basic specification document that I can send over which will give you a good start into getting the API working and also building the middleware.
