Please state your language choice ____________________ (can be up to 150 options) - asks for up to 150 options VOICE RECOGNITION. CLIENT asks for option #44, for example which might be CANTONESE TELEPHONE calls out to up to 20 people in a list in the requested option #44 CANTONESE. 20 Agents are placed in preference order 1-20. 1 is the preferred person.... AUTOMATED SYSTEM calls to Agent 1 in Option #44 When connected, the SYSTEM SAYS - This is OZITS, Victorian Police, can you accept this call? If yes, the system connects the CLIENT and the AGENT If they hang up, the system rings Agent #2 and so on to number 20. We have an API system and cloud service that needs coding by a Developer.....
