Design Obd vehicle reprograming software

Please read everything before responding. We are building a system for Indian vehicle Diagnostic , ReProgramming & need help identifying the OBD codes to read/write & the order of execution of this process. We have the hw to use to connect to OBD port. The functions that we require the vehicle to be able to perform remotely are as follows: • Read and clear fault codes • Add remove and program new keys • Reset immobilizer and ecu We have some data from other company handheld diagnostic tool, which is using linux type os we think, we want to utilise this data and make a new software to work with our hardware on windows.
