Hire a Programmer

I need a program that can find and download videos from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Vine. It should be able to find short funny videos, videos with high likes/views and the ability to download them through the program. There should be an option for a group of videos to be downloaded individually or a created into a single video (much like complications). It should also have a specific key word box for manual searching. Videos should be downloaded in their highest supported quality with a .mp4 format. Features should include: Manual Mode - Search Bar by using URL to find videos from the four selected sites (if possible) and display the video results below - Preview Option - The ability to download single videos via URL bar Auto Mode - The ability to find various videos and recognise that and allows for individual files to be downloaded to a selected folder OR have all the videos stitched into 1 single videos and download. - This mode should search for videos with the most likes, comments, views and most importantly the latest upload date from all 4 sites - Preview Option The auto mode should use specific keywords to find videos such as fails or funny along with the programs ability to detect the views. More views = Better *The four sites might not support all the features above therefore what can be done should be included, if its not possible it can be left out. If something doesn't make sense, please ask me.
