HMRC & Companies House Interface for submission of accounts & Tax

I am startup and we have built a core bespoke accounting software which i now need to integrate to standard HMRC interface and companies house - both use XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language), its adoption in the UK for filing of company accounts in iXBRL format to HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) and Companies House. The data required for the interface has been captured within the core accounting software. I am only interested for small non audited company accounts. I am looking for developer to 1. define interface to HMRC & Companies house 2. to develop the interface. The interface will need to be tested with the HMRC and CH test environment.
