I look for a KNX group monitor on MacOS

I am looking for someone to write software for MacOS that can act as a KNX group monitor: It connects to the KNX bus over a IP-KNX gateway and monitors traffic on the KNX bus. As an additional feature it can send KNX telegrams to the bus to either read or write data to certain group addresses. The data needs to be able to be formatted for the datapoint associated with the given group address.
