Need Structural package for one story building with basement to submit for City permit. I have an architectural layout of the building with 6700 sqft foot print and need it modified/completed with structural calculation and drawings, details, specification etc. I have prepared some structural layout but should be checked and modified if needed. Please provide your proposed workflow to carry out the job, if it’s of your interest. Please send me a sample of your previous similar work in the US. It should comprise the relative calculation. Please don’t apply if you haven’t any previous record on working in the US.
