Configure IIS 7.5 on Win 2008 server

A very simple project that I'm looking for a very quick turnaround on - should take less than an hour. Some of this has already been done, you just need to complete the job & verify security settings & permissions. Set up 3 user accounts & their associated FTP accounts. Configure IIS to serve 3 sites. First domain will operate on the default the default web site. This IP address will ultimately be for shared hosting for a small handful of domains. Web content for this site will sit under the default inetpub folder. Web content for the other two domains will sit under the following folders - D:\Plesk\VHOSTS\site 2\ D:\Plesk\VHOSTS\site 3\ NOTE: Although the directory structure references Plesk, I DO NOT want Plesk installed. These sites will operate using ASP and will pull data from an Access database sitting in a 'Private' folder. You will need to set up the appropriate permissions. These two sites will be bound to their own unique IPs. URL rewriting to be in place, in preparation for me to install Wordpress. Please let me know if you require any additional clarification.
