Do some 3D Modelling including Technical drawings of models

We are looking to have 2 3D Models made. These models MUST include both the 3D model itself and the technical drawing of the 3D model (necessary for manufacturing of the item). One model will be of a male in a suit with a "Buttocks" for a head. The other model will be a woman in a dress with a "Buttocks" for a head. Both models will be "trophy" style and so bottom will be a square/rectangle (just large enough to put a very small plaque with a few words on it). The model of the "people" themselves will need to be 6" tall.
