We are looking for someone that can create a 3D shape in IGES format and AUTOCAD. this 3D design will be used in manufacturing of a part, no render needed, just the 3D techincal files to be supplied to our factory. we need IGES and AUTOCAD 3D format. we will supply you with the IGES file of another part, you need to be able to import IGES files as you will need to create a shape that fits this existing IGES 3D shape. the 3D model you will be creating is only one part, like a sheet of plastic, but folded and curved over the other 3D shape we will be providing. this shape will have curves and folds no straight square lines, it will also have some holes and a logo imprinted on its surface. we will provide hand-drawings over the image of the current part to explain the shape you will be making ONLY BID IF YOU CAN READ AND PROVIDE FILES IN IGES FORMAT

I have all of the skills you are ask for. I do not use autocad I use SolidWorks and I can import an IGES file and EXPORT one also. I do not have any idea what your object looks like so I have no idea how much time would be involved so I bid what my hourly rate is. All my works are done in Autodesk Inventor Professional and Autodesk mechanical. So you can make an opinion about the way I work my posts please check my portfolio. Hi. I can use iges as input to Solidworks I have Design and Design for manufacture experience spanning 40 years, Rapid prototyping, Machine shop, Injection moulding, Casting, Optical. I also have a small machine shop to manufacture prototypes and tooling. Extensive CAD/CAM experience using Autocad for 2D detailing and 3D Rendering. Solidworks for 3D modeling, and manufacturing file output. Customers include Span Access Solutions Ltd, helping design there product range, and scheme drawings used on bridges and recently the Queen Elisabeth Aircraft Carrier. I have plenty of experience modeling plastic enclosure on solidworks ( I have 2013 installed) . I can also do stress and motion simulation on Ansys or Solidworks. I guaranteed a good and fast job.(You can check my profile for more info). i have all kind of samples to show. I'm always able from Monday to Friday from 9am-5 pm UTC -5 for detail discussion. U won't be disappointed and I'm sure we could do really good projects together.
