Basic Cinema4D Training

Require someone to teach me via video recordings of basic techniques required for 3d product modelling in Cinema4d. I have never used Cinema4d so must be very basics to finished product. My products are mostly square shapes that require graphic designs which i already have , to be wrapped around the model and a separate material wrapped on to surface. Also require use of light to create soft shadows.
