Build me a Simulator

I have a glass tempering furnace, where we receive orders from customers depending upon their specifications in form of handmade drawings that includes holes and cut-outs on the slab of glass that they wish to obtain from us (different rectangular sizes). But there are some constraints, to punch out these holes and cutouts depending on the thickness of the glass. Eg:- To obtain a hole of diameter (D) > thickness (T) of glass, for example 10mm (T) of glass. The distance of the hole from the edge should be minimum 2(T). Just like the above stated constraints, I have a list of other constraints that are needed to be kept in mind before approving the order received from customers. I was looking for someone who could build me a simmulator wherein, we only need to enter the values of glass thickness, hole diameter, distance of hole from edge, distance between 2 holes (if any) etc., and after entering all these parameters the simmulator tells us if the tempering of the glass is possible in the furnace or not.
