Maya artist experienced with instancing systems and asset setup

I have a tree model which needs to have leaves instanced and styled according to the client brief. Keeping the leaves as geo will be too heavy and I need the asset to be as light and workable as possible. I suspect that mash or X-gen may be the way forward but am ultimately looking for the best solution. The job is for the setup of the leaves only and will then be handed to another artist for Look Dev. The setup must be compliant with Arnold for rendering further down the pipeline. I am looking for a mid-senior level Maya artist who is experienced with instancing systems. Someone who is technical and efficient and can stick to a schedule and deliverables.
