Model a small and detailed scene for Unity3D

I need to have a street modeled - only one side with a few houses, etc. I require all the models to be textured and I have to get them as .fbx files together with the textures and materials. Once this tiny street is set up I will need but a single nice picture of it, so the scene has to be composed to look good for that one picture. Further details will be provided to any bidder.
