Convert a model built in 3ds (.max) file and provide as a sketchup file that is simpler to use and easier to work with by reducing file complexity and excessive rendering. Provide small modifications by removing and inserting appliances. The file is of a small food cafe. Changes are shown in attached file. URGENT: required in 1-2 hours.
