For your information, there are many translation group from other country which are not Native of Malaysia and claims that they are providing top services. Please be noted that they will accept your offer and re-post the job for other native people like us to do the job for them. I have work for several translator group which majority from Pakistan. Just be-careful to choose the right person for your project as Freelancer.com got a lot of "fake" account which ultimately wasted your money and time. An ex-journalist and editor at your service. Honestly, I don't have any subtitling experience but I have done more than 10 years of translation from English to Malay for the print media. I have also done mental subtitling for various movies and dramas for as long as I can remember thus I know when the police says `DUCK!' it means take cover and not 'itik' (the quacking animal).
