Navigation needed for bootstrap website

Navigation needed for bootstrap website Hello, I am looking for someone to add a navigation for mobile and desktop on my bootstrap site. This has to be completed in CSS and NOT javascript. As we are going to be using this menu on other pages of the website. We would like to use the class .sub-menu to call this dropdown menu. Here are the project files: [login to view URL] Open the illustrator file or PDF to view the mobile layout on the first page, this comes up when you click the square icons (tiles) only. On the second page, third, and 4th is a sample of a navigation for desktop. Please add all 3 samples so I can see how it looks. Remember this has to be done in CSS not javascript and I will be using this menu on other pages on the site. I will need this completed by 10am EST Saturday no exceptions. Please do not bid if you cannot complete on time. Thank you.
