I want in an expert in Verilog Simulator Program

My project is simple , I just need some with a high knowledge in Verilog Simulator Program , The project has only two questions , one about program four numbers to act like "DIGITAL CLOCK". Two numbers on the left will display the hours (00 to 12), the other two numbers will display the minutes (00 to 59). The other about to write a Verilog code that produces at least four different dynamic patterns, that is changing with different four speeds. In addition, those patterns are controlled by switches.
