We host 25 conferences per year and have some video editing needed for those. I also record videos for YouTube, and scrape the audio from events and Youtube for the podcast that we operate. We have clients who need video editing work as well through our marketing agency, so every week we have videos we need edited typically, at least 2-3 projects a month. We need someone who knows what software to use, can swiftly fix audio issues, edit out individual video clips, help create snippets of Youtube content from clips of conference videos, and help with taking an hour talk and breaking it up into 5-10 video clips for YouTube use and podcast use. We want someone who knows video editing because they do it daily and they have the right computer and equipment and everything to do it well and professionally for us for the next several years. We have been in business for 12 years, have 24 employees, and have hired over 90 people on UpWork.com.
