Your bid is unrealistic, unless you would like a version I did a long time ago. Generally an animation would take weeks to put together and you want it in 3D too. Which means designing, building, rigging and texturing the characters. Creating the environment they are in and then the rendering after the concept has been animated. If you could offer a better price I can do that, otherwise the amount you offered originally would cover the time it takes to send my own short film.
