Create me a short animated introduction video (90sec)

Hi, I would like to have a short animated introduction video. Aprox 90 sec and I've detailed requirement/scenario (please see attached). The text is in my language, but below is translation and in comments there's timing for each scene. I'm also attaching the scenario below for your reference and in separate word doc (Scenario). I need to have this by 18th of February. If you can do this for me, please send me your past work for reference, timing and price offer. Once we agree I'll send the logo and recorded audio. Thanks! 1. Big Logo, which goes smaller & to the left, adding a text “A New Way to Find Your Job” during introduction of mission. 2. Guy sitting in front of computer, overwhelmed with papers on the desk, on a wall fast ticking clocks showing hours of time wasted. 3. Many different offers go out from the computer (as some contract icon) and fading away (representing many unwanted offers). Clocks still ticking very fast 4. After a while (at least 10-20 contacts) one contract could be accepted (green accepting sign) – slight enthusiasm from the guy 5. Guy nervously stepping from 1 side to the other while checking clocks (either hand watch or those on the wall, waiting for the HR call) 6. Guy receives a call, split screen with some corporate guy (in a suit) on the other side declining his application (some head shaking). Guy is sad. 7. Guy with bulb (idea) and smile 8. The guy is calling someone (recruiter), split screen to show both of them. Above our guy a bubble with airplane pilot and 3 dollar signs. On the right side there’s a lady with headset (looking like helpdesk worker – HR recruiter) and a bubble with bus driver and 1 dollar sign shows (showing they’re offering him something completely different from what he wanted). Guy is sad and disappointed again. Meanwhile there’re more bubbles coming from the lady and fading away – with car driver, taxi driver, etc. all with 1 $ (showing how she’s spamming him with offers he doesn’t really want). 9. Big cross or something – showing that this is not the way we want to do this. 10. My logo (bigger logo) 11. Logo (shifts into smaller) with AUtonomous caREER development (highlighted AU & REER) 12. Some AI graphic – could be 2 heads with gears inside heads, connecting from 1 to another. Or 2 heads/head & PC with network inside the head, etc. (this should represent the new fancy AI technology we use to match candidates, so some connection or something – TBC together) 13. Guy sitting in front of PC (no more documents on the desk), spending just a small fraction of time (the clocks on the wall) with filling something, then smile on his face, and he sits back in his chair, possibly with arms behind head, showing he’s relaxed 14. While relaxing in his chair, above the PC there’d be some automatically connecting/matching (could be just 2 contracts, 1 static, 2nd would be changing and flying from down to up which’d represent matching process). 3rd, 5th & 7th contract would match (accepted with green sign and discarded on side instead up/down) 15. Then he receives another call, from nice looking lady and this time the offer is airplane pilot with 4 dollar signs (1st from her side), his bubble is still 3, he’s super happy, smile again, jump out and run away. 16. Text (Let the technology work for you) coming from the middle to top (small to large) with happy guy handshaking with the lady which contacted him below the text. 17. Aureer logo replaces the scene.
