create whiteboard video for distance learning

i am looking for someone to create a whiteboard videos or anything similar for distance learning. you will be given topics it maths and you need to prepare a video. ( target audience is year 5 to year 8 students) video should include : a little introduction about the topic explanations samples exercise done eg: if the topic is Numbers 2 - 4 mins of video for Addition 2-4 mins of video subtractions and so on for division , multiplication , decimal ,rounding off , sequence etc
