executive planning and implementation project

I have a number of different teams and projects underway at one time. I need to have notes and planes type out from my hand written notes . I have scheduling for travel and help looking for best travel intenery . my hand writing and spelling is poor I spell phonetically but I find people can understand what I have writtem down for typing if they have the following experance. business management and company termonolgy this helps a lot because most of the topics are consistent and the same type words not spelled correctly. experance with gant chart project planning is a big plus. like purchase order , department names and titils ,s/m = sales manager , product names ,cryogenics ,gases ,npt fittings
