Virtual Assistant from Philippines

Looking for a Virtual Assistant from Philippines with basic Accounting and Finance knowledge and very strong English writing skills. The role would be to bid on Accounting and Finance oriented projects and win client mandates. Overall engagement would be around 4-5 hours per day (7 days a week). The requirement may increase depending on the quality of work delivered. Would prefer someone to bid on projects during US day time.
