Change Image

Hello, I need to redesign 2 pages. Its my checkout page. I attached what it looks like now. Basically I need to change it to make it look much more nice and clean. (please leave the header, I only need a design after this text: " # Checkout Shipping Please Verify Your Address and Choose Shipping & Payment Options Below. " ) Everything below that needs to be designed. The code needs to then be coded in DIV and css instead of tables. - some ideas: 1. Where it says "Billing Information [(Change)][1]" Make the Change a little bubble image or something like that. 2. Where it says " YES! **I want FREE Colored Contacts!**" make this more attractive to customers. You can change anything else how ever you feel looks better. the other page i need you to redesign is my register form. i basically want to copy the one in [login to view URL] but with my own colors to match my website,. So i will need the div and css and code. (go to their website and try to purchase something. i need that checkout part with the forms (new or returning customer forms) Then the new customer form in details)
