Desktop Background

We need a desktop background for our company generated from a workshop template (word format). In this template you will see graphical elements on a white background in the following corners: a) left up b) left down c) right down It should be in 2 different sizes: a) 1200x800 b) 1920x1200 Instead of white the background should be in a light Blue like: (127/174/234) In addition the thin line in the upper area in between our company name should be extended to the right border.
