Screen Transitions in VB

This project must be written in VB 6 and turned in with Source Code. Additional Coding will be done by us and project will be compiled and processed by us. The project basically loads a group of images from the hard disk, and executes a Screen-Saver-Like transition effect. Have a look at MFADER.OCX. MFADER's problem it uses Windows RESOURCES instead of Graphics Card resources. Therefore, distributed .exe's on certain machines performed terribly slow. Even with DirectX ver. 9 installed. Some machines responded better. We need a different solution than MFADER, but similar, perhaps with API Calls.
