I have a server build of GoAutoDial running ViciDial. The install and general configuration has been fine. I've added my voip carrier details and am now facing a problem with a timeout and log out of the agents without successfully managing to make a call.
I imagine this is a simple configuration issue, probably too little to justify a full project, so as part of the solution I would propose we receive an hour of admin/user training too. Thanks
