Web hook and Web Data Extraction

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read and apply to this project. Essentially I need you build a web scraper just for social media usernames on my web page. I will tell you more during the hiring process. Software would have to: 1. Step 1: Capture usernames from my website by inputing URL into APP, or searching home page for new blogs and searching those blogs for usernames. 2. Step 2: Schedule Automated Messages to usernames using API. 3. Create List of non-followers within the App. 4. Create list of most active followers within the app. 5. Work on Mac or be web based depending on the cost and ease. Further Requirements: - All code must be coded and published to GitHub for easier code collaboration with other developers. - We have a major project coming up that will deal with a lot of backend coding beyond PHP and HTML, so having a software development background in other languages is desired.
