246972 Simple HTML page needed

I need a simple page made for each of my sites. The page will have an embedded video on it or a jpg. This would be similar to a page from http://imagevenue. com that you find posted on many forums The page will also have some text ads, and an iframe ad for a friendfinder type site. A few text links will also be needed on the page. The only difference between each page will be the title of the page that would be the domain name of that site.
