79646 Template Design/Site Clone- #1

**SHOW US WHAT YOU CAN DO!** Client is requesting a template for a Pennsylvania Football Magazine website. The magazine is scheduled to be published for the first time later this year. They want a site available now to attract possible investors and for other promotional reasons. This site will display multiple featured articles, pictures and various other content. [login to view URL] has the look and feel that the client is requesting. All that is needed is two pages...a main page and a content page. The main page needs to have a navigation menu on the top (does not need to be a drop down menu like on [login to view URL]), a text type logo and several different sections for featured story links. The sites main colors will be blue and red. Other details will be provided. The content page will be a duplicate of the main page except it will have a place for text links on the left side, an area in the middle for content, and room on the right for 120 x 60 banners, etc. Specific details for this page will also be included to the designer. As always, the client is looking for an initial LOW PRICED SOLUTION. This project is unique because there is additional profit potential for the winner in the near future. The client has plans to build unique sites for each state in the U.S. If the client is happy with the first site they will probably stick with the same designer. Additionally, you may charge a small fee for any misc. graphics (i.e. banners, headers, etc) that may be needed for the initial site. The client will content you directly after they have received the template and let you know what they need. Under normal circumstances, I would design this myself. Unfortunately, I simply do not have the time. I urge you to consider the possible future earnings when bidding. This client is needing lots of work done...this is just the tip of the iceberg. A VERY CLEAN AND CRISP DESIGN IS DESIRED AND EXPECTED. I will be helping the client choose who will take on this rather simple project.
