My Wordpress projects for business have become stuck because the freelancers are not able to provide me with the graphical customisation of an existing premium templates. Therefore I need to work with a graphical designer who can 1. create high quality graphical design Templates/Themes and 2. customise premium Themes I already have. When you create the graphical design (?layered PSD), I can then give it to the PHP programmer to install in a Wordpress platform. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE GOOD QUALITY DESIGNS.
