Requirements For Shopify or BigCommerce Set-Up Development - Design - Functionality: - Build-design-setup of template - SEO: Organic + Content structuring - key word usage ('Silos') - Create Navigation Structure and Content to align with keywords and sitemap - Effective for niche marketing website - Build blog categories and tags based on keyword list - Build functional links within pages - Create meta tags, titles, and descriptions for each web page and blog post - Prepare XML Sitemap - Submit XML sitemaps to Google, Yahoo, and Bing - Page build out - Familiar with liquid code (if for Shopify) - Ability to follow email attachments of Mock-Ups for Pages and Links per my specified details and notes - Cooperation, adhering to scheduled times/dates for collaboration for phone, telecoms, chats in real time. - List time frame of Project Deliverable's and Scope of Services Offered - List available Start Date and Estimate how long project will take to launch - Setting up Milestones - If available for short and Long-term relationship and support? (Post support by retainer, by project, or even hourly) - Excellent spoken and written English -Assist with Apps/Plug-ins: - Chimpified MailChimp - Email marketing - Lexity Live - Zopim Live Chat - Exporter - by eshop admin - Pixel Printer - Beetailer - Your store on Facebook - Email Template Creator ([login to view URL]) Questions for potential website developer/designer: 1. Hello, we are experienced with Bigcommerce and shopify Ecommerce platform. Here are the answers of your questions: 1. What CMS package do you use? Open source or Proprietary ? Ans: We use open source most of the time like magento, Wordpress, open cart etc. And often we work with Bigcommerce, shopify and volusion. 2. Do you follow best web design practices for functionality? And: We have to follow best web design practice as we do not compromise with the quality of our work. 3. Do you use Social Media and do you feel it's Important? Ans: Social media is very important. 4. How do you categorize your project management skills and what tools to you use to manage design project? - will need to sign a NDN agreement Ans: We are a small group of developers and we don't work on many project at a time. For design purpose we use photoshop and illustrator. About the NDA we will sign it and will not use it anywhere. We are available via skype/gtalk and you can call/chat on real time.
