Android app using google map api

Fixed Price 1500 us Dollar It is a cub app using google maps api the app is existing allready but i would like to create it using an other way a company is developing the app and almost finished but I would like to programm it with 2 different ways and I will user the best one. so the developer gets from me only the design and not the eclipse files we need 2 apps : user-app, driver-app a -user-app : 1- user sends request to all drivers nearby the nearst driver get the request on the screen first and after afew seconds, the request will be sent to next driver nearby and so on. and when one driver accepts the request so the request will be hidded automaticly from the other driver-screens (only one driver should accept the request. 2- the driver can see on the map the user location and his location as symbol include the distance in km between the driver and the user how want the cub, before the driver accepts 3- after the driver has accepted the request (ofer) the user shows the driver info and he can show the driver is comming on the map (left time left km) 4- but if the driver after that deletes the request and does not want to go to user so the request should be sent again to all driver nearby automaticly. the user should not send the request again hisself. 5- when the second driver accepts the request so the user get the info of the new driver on his screen 6- when driver commes to user location, he can clicks on button "arrived". so the user get the message about the arriving of driver 7- user can rate the driver 8- driver can create/delete symbol on the map 9- driver can send short audio message to drivers nearby as popup windows ... --------------------------- b- user app : 1- user can give the pickup adress using keybord or using the map-moving 2- user can save the used adresses as favorite adresses to use them later 3-the user can order one or more cubs 4- user can order cub at once or for afew minutes , hours or for afew days 5- user can see all his rides (order) on a list using the menu and can avery time delete one or more of them. 6-the user can send the request with filter : for example : the user can select some options, which the drivers should have (air condition. big cub, new cub ... ) if user select some options and then sends the request so the request should be sent to driver who have the selected options. 7- user can call all his rides (last 3 Months for example) 8- user can add from the ride history driver and adresses to his Favorite drivers and Favorite adresses 9- user can show on a list all driver nearby and can select one to send the request to selected one only) . . . -------------- admin panel : 1- admin can block users and drivers for ever or for limited days 2- admin can see how many times did the user order cub how many times did he canceled the rides 3- admin can send request to driver too 4- admin can manage and delete a ride of the user - - - what to do : every thing what the app needs like webservice control panel Design is ready (95%) these are the main functions. I have more videos about the project please give your fixed price and the time what you need (realy time please) I will pay 20 % less if you need 1 month more what you give and 30% less if you need 2 months more and so on that means, if you do not have exprience in google api, please do not lost time
