I am looking to build a website for painting contractors (more industries to be added in the future) to list their projects for subcontractors to evaluate and accept if they like the projects. Access to the website must be restricted and only permitted after the website admin approves the submitted application. The website should have a monthly membership fee There will be a charge for listing a project. The subcontractor must be charged a 3% of project price (not to exceed $500) Retainer fee, which will be returned to him after he completes the project according to the Scope of Work and contractors specifications. Website must have the ability for contractors and subcontractors to create profiles. The profile must include 1. Company information 2. Company licenses, insurance, reference letters, etc. 3. Ability to upload pictures 4 . About us section. The profile must have an area where the contractor and subcontractor will evaluate each other with star ratings and comments. The contractor must have the ability to: 1. List pictures, word files, pdf files, zip files, etc. 2. Must have an area where they will list the price contractor is willing to pay for the job. 3. Must have a comments section for additional comments. 4. Must have an area for the Scope of Work. 5 . Must have an area for Starting date / approximate Starting date 6. users must be able to sort the projects by State, City, date listed, start date, price, etc. Painting projects must be separated for Residential and Comercial.
