payment by milestone only and will only be release after project is complete to our satisfaction. we re looking for combination of classifieds site with online auction site.. idea classified site will be [login to view URL] .. and all the city and location on [login to view URL] should be included . no one should be allow to post duplicated ad. and ad should be active by entering an activation code that is send to proved phone # and to post any item for an auction , you have to be a registered member with prove two phone id on file. and buyer should be able to to rate seller and and all memeber that fail to paid for items after 72 hrs ther ip address,email and phone number should block from this site for vehicles section ether for classifieds ad or auction list ..there should be ready made clickable box that include all make all models, all drive train . gas or diesel,,, for sale by owner , for sale by dealer . , sold asis tokunbo or sold asis Nigeria used car there should a declaration that payment should be done in person and buyer and seller should always meet in public place and open place . and beware of 419 and scammer ,fraud start we should be able to promote feature item, business ,sales , what ever that need to promote on our site , on the top, site or bottom of the site ..
