Custom Built PC Website Needed

We require a website that can be put together that allows our customers to come to the home page choose if they want either a pre-designed pc or want to build their own from parts. This is something you can see on many sites and our selling advantage is that all PCs are handmade here in the UK and only using the finest products Like Asus and Sapphire. We want the site simple and clean containing our logo (attached) and obviously the require details on the front page. Many sites we've researched fill their homepage up with too much text and graphics and it throws the user making them feel like it is too messy. In terms of backend operation we want to be able to manipulate prices and products with ease as in the computer world they change so very easily. We would like to use Google as our merchant payment handler but we are open to change if a better and cheaper one is around.
